One plan, priced per organisation. Every feature is included — there are no per-user fees and no feature tiers. Prices are in euro and exclude any applicable taxes, which are shown at checkout.
One-off setup

Charged once when an organisation starts, covering account setup and onboarding.
Monthly
€300 / month
Per organisation, billed monthly and renewing automatically until cancelled.
Annual
€3,600 / year
The same price as twelve monthly payments, billed once a year for convenience.

How to pay
Organisation administrators subscribe from inside the app. You can pay by card, or request an invoice and pay by bank transfer. Card subscriptions renew automatically; bank-transfer invoices are due within 14 days and your access continues once payment is confirmed.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time and your subscription runs to the end of the period you have paid for. See our Refund Policy for refund terms.
Billing and taxes
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Taxes are calculated and shown at checkout based on your location.
