Refund Policy

30-day money-back guarantee

Round Da Clock Doc offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on SHIFT MATRIX. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. This applies to the one-off setup fee and to your first monthly or annual subscription payment.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net with your order or invoice number, or email us at support@shiftmatrix.ie and we will arrange it for you.

Renewals and cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel at any time from your organisation's billing page or by contacting us, and your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. If a renewal was charged unexpectedly, contact us within 30 days of the renewal date and we will review it.

Bank transfers

Payments made by bank transfer are refunded to the account the payment came from. Refunds of bank transfers can take longer to appear than card refunds, depending on your bank.

Processing times

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Card refunds usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer.
